I trained with Soke Givins off and on in the mid 80s and early 90s. The one thing I can say is that all the individuals who attended some of these brutal workouts are of highest moral standards. Soke Givins was not only a great instructor. He was an outstanding person and mentor. Training under Soke Givins and the great students was some of the best times of my life and I will never forget it.
